Terms of Service

By accessing or using Aero PDF (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Aero PDF provides a suite of browser-based PDF manipulation tools, including but not limited to merging, compressing, converting, extracting, rotating, protecting, and repairing PDF files. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal and commercial use in compliance with these Terms.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you must not:

• Upload, process, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or related systems.
• Use the Service to distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without our prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.

As a user of Aero PDF, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process any files through the Service.
• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of any account credentials, if applicable.
• Complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Any activity that occurs under your session or account.

All intellectual property rights in the Service — including but not limited to the software, design, logos, trademarks, and content — are owned by Aero PDF and its licensors. You retain all ownership rights to the files you upload and the processed output files. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All uploaded files are processed securely and are automatically deleted from our servers immediately after processing. We do not store, read, share, or analyze the contents of your documents.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AERO PDF AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aero PDF and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in such jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new Terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Continued use of the Service after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
